so surpprising...i managed to jump 184 cm!!!!!woah! i usually get 160 plus lor...XDDD then sit and reach also...i gt 50 cm! weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee........my head summore touch the metal bar, so i think i cant go anymore, cause like how to? head touch bar leh....hmm...dunno....then mdm yao still can ask for more....haiz...nt gna happen~~~~

but i usually get 30 plus lor...heeeeeeeeeee................so cool, todae record setting day. clara also. 40 for sit and reach!!!!!1 CONGRATS~~~~~~~
